A lovely example of this German trailer sailer, 'Lady Mill' is in good condition and ready to sail away. She has been well looked after and surveyed strongly in 2012 when I bought her. She can accommodate 4 pers with a double berth forward and two room berths in the saloon although she is more comfortable for two adults, I would say. She has a fold out saloon table, on board portaloo, sink and 2 burner cooker,  a reliable inboard 10hp Yanmar diesel engine (some versions only have an outboard engine). Work done includes hull re-opoxy and antifoul, rudder refurb by professional, lifting keel epoxied, bedding and cushions re-covered, some lines replaced, sails laundered and new UV strip to the genoa. New plastimo compass. Other equipment includes VHF Radio, Flare Pack, Fenders, Sprayhood, Stack Pack for main sail, Mooring warps, Anchor, spare stern anchor, boathook and more. he is easy to sail single handed too. I have made many happy trips on her up and down the coast and slept aboard under anchor in places like Poole Harbour. If you want to enjoy sailing without spending a fortune on moorings and marinas then a trailer sailer is a good option. The trailer has been used by me as a 'yard trailer' ie for putting her in and out of the water but not for road towing. She will need new brakes and cable for this but I will consider this in discussion with prospective buyers. The price has already been reduced to reflect the market and the fact that I have purchased my next boat already. Lady Mill is a capable coastal cruiser and sails very well. Although a small boat she handles like a proper yacht and pushes through waves well. She can make 5-6 knots in 10-15kt wind quite comfortably.
