Just in time for spring is this gorgeous and very fast C&C 29 MKii. This vessel has been kept in fresh water most her life and recently has found port in Norfolk, VA. She has sailed to the islands and up the east coast into New York along the Hudson. She accommodates 5 comfortably and has been given all of the upgrades including led lights throughout, incredible high-end Fusion sound system that can be controlled via android or Iphone device, LED spreader lights that can be dimmed and change colors, rewired electrical service panel and all new canvas inside and out. Starting forward is a 6'3" V-berth with filler, below which there is bin type storage. Next aft to port is the enclosed head with manual W.C. (New and never used) plumbed via a Y-valve to the holding tank, stainless steel sink, ensuite shower with separate sump pump, small vanity and stowage in three compartments. Opposite to starboard is a hanging locker. Next aft is the main cabin with straight settees P&S with some storage under and storage behind the seatbacks as well as in lockers and shelves over. Dining is off a teak table that stows on the fwd bulkhead when not in use. The port settee extends aft to the quarter berth. Opposite to starboard is the L-shaped galley with Formica counter tops with fiddles, stainless sink and manual fresh water foot pump and storage in three lockers and two drawers. A large well-insulated ice box provides good space for cold goods and a two burner low pressure alcohol stove is fitted for cooking. (Covered in pictures by butcher block) Also included in shore powered 12K BTU air conditioner 2 years old (seen in pictures)The engine is a push button start 2GMF Yanmar diesel that allows the vessel to cruise easily at 6kts with high fuel efficiency. The engine has a brand new water pump, and new motor mounts 2016. Volt meter was installed in 2016 during new electrical service panel rewire. The sound system is a 4 speaker plus subwoofer Fusion sound system powered by 800 watt marine grade amplifier. New mast antenna and cable installed in 2016. On deck, the boat has been outfitted with Lewmar 30 winches for controlling head sails and Barent 20 winches for main. Upgraded stainless wheel and tinted Lexan hatch entry. Swim ladder is a huge plus and provides swim capability while on the water. 1 Jib, 1 Genoa and 1 Spinnaker (red, white and blue in color) and main by North Sails.
