The boat cannot be sea trialed due to insurance restrictions! The statements below, concerning the boats condition, are as accurate as possible considering we did not sea trial the boat. The buyer will find the boat to be in better condition than described, in most cases; in some cases they may find some things that we've missed. Findings- Engine: 154 Perkins 70hp-Runs good -Trans works good - No Generator Electronics: -GPS works -Radios work -Radar works. -Auto pilot new, not installed .- Wind instruments would not power up.Miscellaneous: . -Steering turns smoothly -Commodes work. -House water pump works. -A/C works. -Refrigerator Does not work but has new compressor on board and also has another refrigerator . -Cabin lights work. -Running lights work. -Bilge pumps work. -Bilge dry -Sails in good condition. -Ropes fair. -Bottom has little growth repainted in 2014. -Windless, needs battery. -Hatches, have stress cracks. -Microwave works. -Stove, did not test. -The deck has paint flaking as seen in video. The engine should have **Maintenance before moving. The boat is located in Charleston Sc City Marina The marina is paid until March 31, 2017. To leave it there after the 31 it will go to transit slip.
