Up for auction is a Coast Guard documented 1982 Allmand Tri Cabin 35 sloop rig sailboat. This solid boat has been neglected by elderly owner and needs upgrades to bring her up to cruising condition. Engine is not running but can be turned by hand. Sails in good condition except for damaged sun screen on roller furled Genoa. Bimini and dodger need restitching at seams.
