On sale, "Rosneath Star" A Fleur de Lydia 50 ftBuilt by Dagless and co .at Wisbech in the 1960s made of Iroko on oak she is a solid build On classic lines. Fitted with twin lister FR6 diesels 60hp each at 1800 normally aspirated. 2:1 parsons gearboxes.both in running order Twin screw, single rudder, wire cable steering , sestrel autopilot, radar, sailor 144vhf. Two manual toilets. Black tank (not installed. New inverter/charger. Two electric bilge pumps, one manual, reflex oil heater. Immersion heater. Inside she is mostly dressed with varnished mohogany with painted doors and is configured with 6 berths in 3 cabins. Two heads , galley and a large saloon fitted with an in build L shaped settee with storage beneath.there is a stainless steel Taylor diesel fire in the saloon that is plumbed in to the water heating .A lot of money has been spent on her in recent years for work on rebuilding engines refurbishing wood work , insulation,extending wheelhouse, rewiring ect .She is located on Hayling island and is in a marina birth were she can stay if required , but the would have to be negotiated separately with the marina.Please note that there is Further work is needed to replace sum areas of the deck but I think the price reflects this.the owner has now decided due to other commitments to sell her .This vessel is advertised elsewhere so I reserve the right to finish the auction at anytime
