Up for sail.   Located on the hard in Tom River NJ.  Now in winter storage.  Locatred in Lighthouse point marina. I sailed this a last year with the desire to swap engines with my bigger boat.  Down the Delaware river around Cape May and into Barnegat bay.  I have changed my mind and going electric drive.  So up for auction is a fine little boat made long ago.  I had it out in 20 knots to 30 gusts and it just seamed to be at home in the ocean.  She has a 4' 8" draft.  The good stuff.  The engine was running fine going into storage winterized and sitting.  The inside is dry and the Hull is in good shape.  Before I launched it I fixed a cracked bottom rudder bracket.  The depth sounder was not functioning but I bought another to replace it and I have not gotten around to get it functional.  The rub rail needs to be removed at some point or replaced.  Some of these were made without a rub rail.  The two port lights need new screws in the wood work and need to be cleaned up.  The kitchen is just a sink and the head needs updating.  This is a project boat and is located in the Toms river and I am only able to complete the sale if the Marina is OK with the new owner either staying on the hard to paint and fix up or you launch it.  Those launch fees are paid for.  No costs to the marina are needed before April. NOTE:  THIS IS BEING SOLD AS IS AND KNOW THERE IS A LOT TO ALL BOATS THAT I CANNOT INSPECT TO ASSURE THE BUYER OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR TO MAKE IT SAFE TO BOAT.  Arrangements can be made to see the boat.
