There are four items included:
An 5.3m (17 foot) dory.An RM twin axle braked trailer.A Yamaha 90 HP 2-stroke outboard (possible non-runner)
A Yamaha 9.9 HP 4 stroke outboard (possible non runner)
The boat is in old but serviceable condition. It is very heavily built and appears almost indestructible. It is about 5.3 metres (around 17 feet 5 inches) long (excluding engines) and about 2.1m (just under 7 feet) beam. It's heavily built, has rubber fendering  around the gunwale and heavy duty built-in workboat-type fenders in various places on the hull. It has a substantial towing post at the stern and samson post at the bow.The boat won't win any prizes for beauty but should outlive most potential owners.
According to the manufactuer's plate, the trailer was made in May 1995 and has a maximum gross weight of 2,000 Kg. I'm told it had  the axles replaced, and certainly it was fine on the road when towed to my house loaded with the boat about four years ago. It has had two tyres replaced with new during 2017. It comes with a spare wheel.
There is a heavy duty fitted boat cover, two plastic portable fuel tanks, an anchor and various bits and bobs.
IMPORTANT. The two outboards have not run for at least five years and possibly longer. I wouldn't like to rely on being able to get them running again in the future. They might well be total scrap. However they are in reasonable cosmetic condition and I'm told they both ran well when last used so it's possible that they could be got going by someone with the right expertise - just don't rely on it.So the way to see this lot is that you are buying a boat and trailer with two old outboards thrown in as a free gift! The history of the boat was that it was bought by a family member second-hand from the Royal Solent Yacht Club, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, where it had been used as a tug and workboat. It was then use as a general runabout and pleasure craft during annual family holidays in Salcombe, after which it was stored ashore by my late father. When he died five years ago I took it on, intending to commission it again. But as I have another boat, I never got round to doing anything with this one. So it has stood on my drive under its cover until now.
It would make a stable boat for lake or estuary fishing, or a workboat for a fish farm or a club or boatyard tug.The listing will only allow 12 photos max and I can provide some more if you're interested.
I'll gladly answer any questions and if you want to come to see it before bidding you are most welcome. But if you do bid, of course you are bidding to buy.

On 11-Mar-17 at 14:21:03 GMT, seller added the following information:New information 11 March 2017.Both outboards are in better condition than I expected when I wrote the above. This morning I have connected up the electrics to a spare car battery.
The 90HP Yamaha turns over briskly on the electric starter. The power trim and tilt works fine. The 9.9HP Yamaha turns over briskly on the electric starter.
Video taken this morning at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IE9Zdjqifw4&feature=youtu.beI haven't tried connecting fuel, so have just turned them over without fuel. They are certainly not seized and both turn over fine.  I'm much more hopeful that after some expert recommissioning they will run again. But note I am still not guranteeing they will run.
