Up for sale is BAY BABY, a 1989 Catalina 22, wing keel. EXCELLENT sail away condition. 2.5' draft. 5hp outboard works great. New battery. She is very clean and in excellent condition. Bottom cleaned on a monthly basis. Very little growth is reported by our diver. She is an excellent weekend boat and could also make for some cheap living for a single person or a VERY loving couple. She is available by appt only. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions. The ONLY reason we are selling her is because we purchased a larger boat so we could do longer trips. We absolutely love her. Delivery by water maybe available at an additional cost. NO TRAILER is available.
