Selling a 27 foot sailboat AS-IS boat needs work. The motor a yanmar 1gm10 motor ran fine last time started. Has two battery. one battery is about 1 1/2 old deep cycle the other battery over two years. the pulleys for steering broke. Will need a bottom paint job. Have two gallons of bottom paint in black from west marine. will include. The sails are in decent shape for the age of the boat. As stated boat is AS-IS. Some soft spots on the deck. I just don't have time for it any more or the ability to maintain it anymore. Title in Hand Sailboat is in rough shape needs cleaning and maintains AS-ISBoat is Located in Key Biscayne in a Marina must be picked up with in 24 hours
