Coast Guard DocumentedLots of goodies and extras. I hate to have to sell her but she was originally sailed from the Tri-cities to Clarkston, closer to where I live. But then they lowered the Snake river at Clarkston and getting her in and out of the marina became almost impossible due to no dredging of the entrance to the marina, so she was not able to get out of the slip most of the time as the entrance was blocked to deeper keel boats (she draws 5' 6" on a fixed fin-keel). The Army Corps of Engineers raised the levels temporarily a year ago so sailboat owners could move their boats... but they say the river levels will stay lower on the Snake, so I moved her to the Tri-Cities last year - taking her right through the locks and around all the sand bars... But I just don't have the time to drive there every weekend to keep the boat happy. She likes to hit the wind. Being a C&C she is a good fast racer, and is well equipped and well maintained. After the water is turned on at the Marina, I'll wash her down and she'll be ready to go! Boat is in slip now in the water.
