1974 Clipper Marine CM21.  In sailing condition but will need some fix up.  Hull and deck in OK condition, standing and running rigging are complete and in good condition.  Rudder will need to be re-varnished and the hatch boards will need to be replaced.  Sail inventory includes a main, 110 working jib and a 150 genoa all in good condition.  Trailer has some surface rust but is solid and roadworthy.  Tires are in fair but serviceable condition.  Hubs and bearings are brand new.  Lights and wiring will need to be replaced.  This boat sails very nice and the large cockpit will comfortably accommodate six adults, yet is very easy to rig and sail singlehanded.    Cabin is only usable as a storage space for now, but could be built out for overnighting pretty easily.  Buyer must make arrangements to pick up in Independence, MO within 7 days after auction closes.  Do not bid if you have no intentions buying this boat or picking it up.  Do not bid if you think it would be fun to promise me you are coming every weekend for a month like the last guy, only to no call, no show every time then give lame excuses.  Payment terms are cash only due at pick up.  I have clear titles for both boat & trailer.
