The Leisure 20 yacht is a good example of the pocket cruiser style. The interior of the boat is roomy for its size headroom is 5’5”. The Leisure 20 is a well-balanced four-berth family cruiser and can be sailed in most conditions it can be taken offshore for cruising and also is manoeuvrable enough for inshore touring. The boat is also small enough to be linked to a trailer. Out at sea or downriver the Leisure 20 is extremely stable and can get up to high speeds. The Leisure 20 is built in GRP for strength, rigidity and minimum maintenance. The accommodation has four berths, a full galley and storage space. It is light and airy in the interior of the boat due to a number of windows. The Leisure 20’s cockpit can seat four comfortably. The Leisure 20 is a well-equipped boat and can reach places other boats cannot get to due to its size and the bilge keels. Our Leisure 20 has been neglected for the last 3 years, left on hard standing at the Fosdyke Haven Boat Yard in Boston.  We are a family of 4 with 2 young children and have been fortunate enough to have the use of my father-in-laws 32' sailing yacht which has meant we have not used our Leisure 20, our intention was to keep hold of it until our son was of an age where he could start his sailing experience alone, however we have made the decision to sell her as we are saddened to see her left.  The last time she was in the water was the summer of 2014, which was our successful trip up the East Coast from Tollesbury Essex where we had her moored and enjoyed many years sailing around the Blackwater. We are aware she is worth a lot more than what we are willing to accept, however we are keen to sell her and know she will need some TLC, a couple of days work should bring her back to good condition as there is very little maintenance due to her being made of fiberglass, just tidying up and engine maintenance. The original design had an outboard but it was converted to an inboard and currently has a extremely reliable air cooled Ducati, single cylinder, 9hp, diesel engine, likely to need some TLC to get started having been left but confident she will start (engine has been left for 5 years under water and managed to start her after a day servicing), flywheel likely to be rusted to bell housing and will need freeing off (done several times in the past), new fuel filter and fresh diesel and she should be good to go.See link below for the type on engine, with the exception of the fact our engine has a dynostart on the flywheel but also still be started by hand (always useful for when the battery goes flat):https://youtu.be/xWeAYVt4Cx4Comes with log, echo sounder, compass and sails (new sails in 2012). Please call for any details or if you would like to take a look at her on 07929864675Currently on hard standing at:Fosdyke Yacht Haven: Photos included: First couple of photos from a number of years ago while moored at Grimsby when well maintained, last photo taken in the last couple of weeks, Trailer not included.Boat name - DOMINGOHand standing / mooring fees will need to be taken over at time of purchase unless removed from current location.
