SlicLady II was acquired from the original boat owner that took excellent care of this boat. With a wing keel draft of 3'4", she is well suited to sailing or racing in the shallow waters in and around Galveston Bay. Her Universal 12 with internal water cooling purrs when engaged; but, she sails faster in a stiff breeze. Boat is well equipped: removable bimini, main and roller furling jib with asymmetric sail with sock, pressure water and water heater, shower and sump pump, new high rise commode, battery charger and 110 volt converter charging two new 800amp hour batteries. She has two anchors. For 27', she accommodates crew and passengers like a much larger boat, easily sleeping two couples in the v-berth behind a privacy screen and in the aft berth behind closing door. She has had standing rigging tuned, a new gooseneck put on the mast, and some new running lines added.
