For Sale is my 1935 Chris*Craft 16 footer. It had been in my fathers garage for about 25 years and not been in the water. All the wood is good. I started the Chris*Craft engine last spring and will be pretty easy to get fired up again. I've flooded the hull a couple of times in the driveway in the past couple of years since I've had it in my garage and it swelled up just fine. The interior is good to fair, a couple of the edge seams of the vinyl interior need to be restitched. All the chrome is original and in good shape. When I got the boat from my father a couple of years ago I had it in my garage in Oregon, I retired from the Coast Guard and towed the boat to Tennessee where I am, the trailer made it just fine driving cross country. If you have any questions please feel free to ask them, no secrets at all about this boat. I cannot ship the boat, transportation is completely up to the buyer picked up from my house. The boat could be tuned up and put in the water and run I believe, or stripped down and refit. It is a nice old boat, not perfect but a great classic. A totally unmolested boat. I have an extra 60hp block in my garage that goes with the boat. I'm a single parent and just do not have the time to fix it up, now you can tell that sitting around is taking it's toll and I really do not want to see it just sit there and go down hill. Thanks for looking. |
