hello and welcome to my listing that i have listed for my friend , elysian 34 broads cruiser house boat it is an unfinished project it has a 1.5 diesel bmc engine and borgewarner gearbox that was last run when the boat was moved to its current location about 5 years ago , it has a built in hot water system that was heated via main engine and also has a smiths diesel hot air heating system that is fitted into the boat but is untested , boat is sold as a project and all offers on the asking price will be considered , viewing welcome at oare creek Faversham in kent any questions please call steve on 07391933276 or 01795 597758
