28 ft narrow boat with out board enginegood condition but requires some tlc.engine runs but I would recommend it was serviced as it hasn't done a journey for a yearall necessary safety certificates and hull checks up to date.I have only owned it for 6 months and never used it as I swapped it for my landrover, but its not really for me.I will try to answer questions.I have a complete and comprehensive file of works completed on it, and the relevant tests.It has had a new tested gas water heater fitted, new log burning stove fitted, and new cartridge toilet.sleeps 4viewing is welcome and recommendedI will try update with more pictures your welcome to call for further info 07734 266097
