The boat is 60ft long by 10ft wide and comprises of:Wheelhouse (collapsable for travelling - approx 9ft x 10ft) Kitchen with caller-gas cooker, fridge freezer. (approx 11ft x 10ft)Saloon inc. multi-fuel burner with back boiler to radiators and hot water heater. (approx 12ft x 10ft)Bathroom with airing cupboard, cassette toilet and victorian free-standing bath (approx 8ft x 8ft)Larger than average double bedroom with fitted cupboards and walk-in wardrobe and book cases (approx 12ft x 10ft)Engine is a canal line with only 72 hours on the clock as it hasn't left the marina since we brought it down! The marina itself is a small, private marina (currently undergoing improvements/re-development under new owners). It has a 5 acre field next to the moorings for recreation, dog walking and fishing. It is within a short walking distance of the village of Woodford with shop, post office, doctors surgery, and an excellent pub serving real ale, food and entertainment. We have included some pictures of the marina and views.It is a small and friendly community of mainly liveaboarders. Will come with a full boat safety certificate.This is a very quirky and cottage like boat that has been built with living aboard in mind.
