Read the entire text and look at the pictures before bidding please!  I sold this boat last week but the buyer had a family emergency and had to cancel the purchase.  I already have my new boat in the driveway and this one needs to go.  The trailer alone is worth the starting bid amount. This live aboard boat started life as a MacGregor sailboat about 25 feet long.  It had a swing keel which broke loose the second year I owned it. Without the keel, the boat cannot sail but works as a motorboat or camper.  I removed the mast and continued to use it as a camper on the water for the next ten years.  Since then it has sat on its trailer for six years without being moved.  This is about the largest boat you can trailer behind a normal car and has an unusually large cabin for a sailboat this length.  The cabin has a large pop-up section of roof to give you standing room and a nice breeze when up, but lets you lock up the boat or trailer it with the popup in the down position.  There is a fridge with a separate freezer which was nice to load up with food cooked in advance of a trip and frozen, then transfer what you're going to eat in the next few days down into the fridge.  There is a microwave oven as well.  One of those 800 watt, $90 generators from Harbor Freight will run the fridge or microwave if you unplug the fridge while using the microwave.  The generator is NOT included in the sale.   I have a 9.9 HP Johnson Sea Horse long shaft outboard motor for the boat which you can buy for an extra $500 when you come to pick up the boat if you want it.  This boat has to go to make room for my new boat, so there is no reserve.  Highest bid takes it.  Buyer responsible for removing it within one week of auction end.  Please look at the pictures.  What is pictured is what you get.  I have title to the boat which I will give you when you come for the boat.
