Built in the early 1970's
New Nannidiesel engine fitted around 2007 (fitted before purchase) I have a service & warranty document for this but can't see the installation date
Gas safety certificate issued October 2014 when a new LPG cooker was fitted
Boat Safety Certificate Issued March 2015
Canal Trust Mooring fees paid until Sept 2017 but you will need to check if transferable.
New Fuel Tank 2015
New Captain Seats, all other cushions re-upholsetered and new foam in October 2014
All new vinyl floor September 2014
Wood stained and varnished September 2014
New sea toilet fitted as this is also a river boat September 2014
LED light strips fitted September 2014
4 x new batteries June 2016
We are sadly selling due to a house move.
The boat is moored at the canal side on a very secure and private farm with 20 or so other canal boats. We have built a lovely mooring with a gate and picket fencing surrounding and in the summer the farmer lets you drive up the field and park right outside the boat. This mooring will have to be negioted separetly with the Farmer if you wish to keep it where it is. He is a very nice man and I can't see any issue but as this would be his decision I would need to introduce you to him to discuss. Mooring fees a year for this postion with him are roughly £325 which is a lot cheaper than most marinas.
