Boat and Trailer have plenty of Rego. Engine Gearbox:
The 93 Johnston was known to be one of the best and most reliable of all the Johno outboards for the time. This motor has proven that and beyond. I have two mates with them and absolutely love them and swear by them.
Compression test is 150 147 148 on all three cylinders 150 is new. I would describe it in excellent condition for its age, with lots of life and work to give.
Gearbox is also excellent condition. No noises leaks or issues. Hull:
Will fish 4 people with comfort has all the rod holders storage you need.
Best thing about the boat is it is lite, easy to launch and manage. I can move it around under the carport myself very easily. Can roll it anywhere you like. Towing an absolute breeze. It has a step Transom which is also very handy when Tubing or Fishing or Climbing on.
ISSUE: The Hull Aluminium has had some osmosis in it at some stage of its life. It has had a complete going over by a professional Aluminium Hull welder and has been totally repaired. I dare say the hull is stronger than standard but the weld work is there and can be seen. It has never bothered me as it is water tight a good job and most of it is at the bottom of the boat.
As for water tightness, "DOES NOT LEAK a DROP". Very very WATER tight. I have had it out for 6hrs many times and nothing drains out. Trailer:
Older trailer in Good condition with no rust and very good ocean bearings. Tows anywhere you want.
Last long trip was 900k round trip to Jindabyne and back for some knee boarding and trout fishing. Description
This boat has been awesome. Very stable sea worthy and fast.
Have taken her out 1k off the heads on calm days without issue and very stable. Will shoot back very quickly if weather changes without a problem
Will pull two wake boarders up with ease and is very powerful and quick. The boat is very very reliable and a lot of fun.
