LOA 21 ft x  Beam 7ft 6ins  x  Draught  3 ft 6insBrilliant condition for year Boat has sailed well and has many more years of sailing ahead This Vessel has a light displacement Hull recently re-coated with an anti foul coating and upper hull re-sprayed with twin pack polyurethane. The hull is fitted with a fin keel and transom hung Rudder resprayed. Rudder gudeons and pintle checked to be in good orderDeck layout comprises a foredeck, narrow side decks, a raised coach roof, fitted compass and near full width cockpit giving access below to 4 berth accommodation with sink unit, two burner gimballed Calor gas cooker and stowage lockers, Table (Foldaway) . Battery compartment, cut off switch. The forward cabin has a  double berth with a centre-line toilet with curtain privacy. Plus masthead light switch panel  Main Cabin has 2 fitted radios (2014) Clarion CD/radio and an ICOM M421 both fitted into a bespoke corner console speaker cabinets. The ICOM is new and as yet unregistered. There is a modular  mahogany cassette fitted overhead to portside berth  for convenient storage of the split Perspex companionway hatches whilst underway. Whale pump and pump lever fitted into stern locker. Stern mounted teak and chrome footstep and motor bracket. Internal cabin roof fully recovered with blue 3mm thick headlining for sound and damproofingMast with new mast lighting and VHF aerial is coach- roof stepped on a robust tabernacle which allows by means of an insertable bar and electric winch fitted to the trailer for the mast to be erected and lowered single handed. The Rigging is stainless steel. A strong boom hanger was fitted in 2014 to move boom and tackle higher in order to facilitate better access to a clearer  cockpit walkway. Rigging appears to be in good condition new shrouds required. A new spray cover was fitted and as the boat has not been used since 2014 this remains new and ready to fit to its frame. Full set of useable sails stored in sail bags in forecabin.The foredeck has a heavy duty anchor tube fitted to pushpit to avoid deck damage and an accessible chain locker that is drained to port side of bow.Mercury 4.0 engine in running order. with new 12v plug and socket fittedThe boat is fitted to its bespoke twin wheeled heavy duty trailer with spare wheel.
