"KEALA" Bruce Roberts design offshore 44 for sale or consider trades. This beautiful vessel is located in sunny San Diego ca. Total refit just completed, It's powered by a Nissan Chrysler 65 hp diesel motor with low hours, New equipment include, all new standing rigging, all new running rigging, new custom 10.5 oz mainsail full batten up top then partial battens. New 120 10.5 oz foam luff genoa with white sunbrella cover, new profurl furling, mast completely redone in awl grip, new roller bearing shieves, new wiring, all lights on mast new with led. Electrical equipment, New AC DC refrigeration, 3 battery bank charger, 1500 watt inverter, 900 watt microwave, new shore power cord and receptacle,new hot water heater 6 gallon, new sitex 24 mile color radar, sitex chart plotter, standard horizen chart plotter in cockpit, standard horizen VHS, AIS, GPS. It has an old heavy duty scan pilot auto pilot, depth with repeater,knot meter and an analog wind speed direction and a close haul repeater, new 2000 watt yamaha powered gas generator,new batteries, new engine controls, new engine gauges,2 new heads 1 manual 1 electric, 15 gallon holding tank with new macerator,all new interior cushions fabric and foam, new queen sized mattress in the aft stateroom. Every electrical wire is new throughout the boat, every hose through hull is new, all valves new, new headliner, new electrical panels, new solar panels,all lighting inside the boat is new LED. 2 12 volt led tv's with built in dvd, new paint throughout the boat awl grip, new stereo. Accommodations from forward aft, chain locker, V birth, port head with shower, across very larger hanging locker, aft of that a single birth to starboard across from that is a u shaped dining table, aft of that is chart table, across from that is the galley. There's a walk through area on the port side with a big counter and refrigerator, across from that is the engine compartment, water heater etc. aft of that is the very nice owners stateroom with a small head and sink. Deck equipment include maxwell 3500 electric windlass, 300 ft of chain, and 360 feet of rode, 60 lb. CQR type anchor a 40 lb. danforth type anchor, Eliotte 4 man offshore liferaft last cert was 2015. Winches 3 anderson and 1 lewmar st on mast, 2 lewmar 44 st , 2 lewmar 55 3 speed, 1 barient 27 st for furling, 1 lewmar 65 st for mainsail halyard, 1 lewmar 43 st for rigid boom vang, 1 barlow 36 st for mainsheet huge. 9 ft rigid inflatable boat with 5 hp merc, new stainless barbecue, hard dodger. This is a very clean vessel ready to go anywhere. I had sold the boat but after the guy had a rigging survey, which failed. I ended up pulling the rig to have all new standing rigging, and new custom sails made for the boat i also installed a spectra halyard for the genoa, I put brand new ratheon wind instruments while the mast was out. I didn't like the digital ones that I had originally installed, so $12,000 dollars later here we are again. The boat sails fantastic now with the new sails it really makes a huge difference.
