Selling my 3.9m Clark Corsair Tinny powered by a 25hp Mercury outboard. I have set it up for night fishing with a hand spotlight on the foredeck, along with a pair of driving lights. I have mounted a console in front of the driver's seat. This console houses the battery, and the electricals for the whole boat.
A Garmin 160C fishfinder is conveniently mounted on top of the console. The console switchboard is softly lit up. I've added a couple of spare switches for future additions, and also a double USB plug.
There is also another handheld spotlight mounted on the front of the console within easy reach of the driver.
The boat and trailer lights have all been converted to LEDs.
My Mercury 25hp is a 2002 model and has never played up. It gets run regularly. It had a full service a couple of years ago, since then just a change of oil and a grease. I've never heard it miss a beat.
The trailer was cleaned up and galv painted not long after I bought it (only a few years ago), and I put in new wheel bearings and bearing buddies.
The boat and trailer get well washed after each outing, and it lives in the shed with a cover over it. Both boat and trailer are registered.
