Original un-molested Barn fined!
This boat still had the clear plastic on the seats from shipping. It was taken off by the finder because it was dirty!!! Boo...........
1970 Glassmaster 17' XED Tarpon with original Mercruiser 120 4 Cyl. engine.
The upholstery is original and in prefect condition, The flooring has a couple of discoloration spots where something sat on the floor in storage for 45 years but other wise in excellent shape!
The Gel-Coat and Fiberglass needs to be buffed but there is no damage it was stored inside.
We had fuel tanks made and we installed them because the boat was stored with fuel left in them and they rotted away. All the hoses and fuel lines have been replaced with original part# parts.
The Drive,Exhaust and Shift cable Bellows have been replaced and the Tilt/Trim Sensor have been replaced because the rubber and Wiring was all dry rotted.
The engine we changed the Cap and Rotor, Spark Plugs, Fuel Pump and Belt. All original part# parts.
The Outdrive has been serviced with an Impeller change.
The Controller has been taken apart and greased, The cables are Original and in excellent condition.
I would have to guess that the original owner had not put this boat in the water more than a couple of times!
The Boat is on it's original Trailer.
