Aye  captn'  for your consideration is a fine vessel.
She is a proven design and has many really good features.
I would consider her a project but a worthy one for sure!! You
will have to take time at port to fit her and check all systems.
Cosmetics on the outside are pretty good she has new paint
Not shown in all pictures but fresh as of now. There are quite 
a few things that need attention but the hard work is already
done. Her inboard engine is available in another auction under atomic
four Marine engine just see my other auctions and I can bundle
it for you. 4,000 pounds of poured lead ballast to keep you on
an even keel!! There is an extra jib sail for racing.
She is currently berthed in beautiful Kemah Texas. South of Houston.
Slip rental is around 200 dollars. Marina has pool and necessary amenities.  She is a bare bones boat, But at this price you cant complain
