Marshan 162 speed boat approx 1994, very good condition for year. Unmolested original gelcoat with no visible repairs even on the chines. Some of the vinyl on the seats and trims need re-stapling and the back seat ply is soft but the ply comes with the boat. It was originally named Scorpio and there is  a picture of it in action off the Varne boat club. It comes with the original Mercury 90HP outboard which has good compression and runs nicely with no rattles or knocks and has had a new impeller before I got it and it  pumps well it comes with a brand new alloy prop, hydraulics work fine and had new oil a year ago. The autolube has been removed but I have it all, but I prefer to mix oil with the fuel (40:1)but the parts are here if you want to refit it. It has two tanks with a new fuel hose  and a new battery box fitted but no battery. I have fitted an aux outboard bracket for a standby outboard as I intended to use the boat for fast fishing trips to the varne bank with my dad and son but I haven't had the time.It's on an Extreme trailer bought a few years ago but has only transported the boat to my house, it's never been used to launch the boat, cost over £750. This is an opportunity to own a bit of powerboating history and with a small amount of tidying you would have a quality race boat. Comes with a heavy duty cover made from lorry curtain side material that keeps it dry. I won't give it away I'd rather just keep it, but it would be nice to see it go to a good home where it's used, if you're seriously interested and want to view it message me.
