I have a 1989 Maxum 2000 SR 5.0L I/O 230hp 20 foot bowrider for sale. I had a baby a couple years ago, and in the last 3 years, the boat has been used 5 times. The boat has always sat indoors in a full service marina, as I have in/out service, so the boat does not sit in the fresh water. I am only the 2nd owner of the boat. Many new parts have been replaced on the boat making the motor almost brand new. Items recently replaced were the following: new battery, new lower unit, , new exhaust bellows, new solenoid, new bilge pump, new breakaway prop (still have a stainless steel prop that I am including), and new axle for the trailer just to name a few things. The boat has always been serviced by the full service marina, and the sale includes a single axle bunk trailer. The interior is in great shape with no rips or tears in the seats outside of what you can see by the stitching in the rear seat by the motor in one of the pictures. The boat additionally comes with an AM/FM CD player, life vests, fire extinguisher, ski's for water sports, anchors, rope, spare tire for the trailer, and a boat cover. I hate to have to sell the boat, but I just do not have time to go on the water these days. This would be a great fast boat for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money and still have a strong clean boat.
