1980, 36'-3" Lancer Sailboat Sloop, 4'5" draft. Designed by Bill Lee & Bruce Farr. Needs a few technical modifications to bring her up to date. Spent most of her life in the upper Chesapeake bay. Owned for past 4 years. Have all original records, history, surveys, documents, original factory brochures, Captains Logs, maps, spare parts, whisker pole, spinnacker, coast guard safety package etc. I have full history of this vessel from its birth. Boat currenty resides at Maryland Marina, Baltimore Maryland.Dimensions: LOA: 36 ft 2 in / Beam: 11 ft 9 in / LWL: 29 ft 0 in. Maximum Draft: 4'6".

Engine: Yanmar 2 Cylinder Diesel in great shape. Trans in great shape. New packing gland seal. Fresh Water Tanks: (40 Gallons), Fuel Tanks: (30 Gallons)Uniquely designed " Totally teaked" interior with 2 aft queen births and front cabin wrap around sofa.
Mid ship kitchen galley, frig, ice chest, propane stove, lots of storage compartments. Has seperate vanity room / sink and separate head area--with private door access to Captains Quarters birth-port aft.Navigation helm desk, VHF, 3 battery charging system, shore power, electronic control panel.
Sails: 150% Genoa. Battened Mainsail and Tri Radial Crusing Spinnaker.2015: Replaced salon cushions, new water pump, 3 new batteries, new sail cover.
2014: Hull in fantastic condition. Stripped down bottom of hull, used 3 coats of Pettit 2 part epoxy system with 2 coats Pettit hydrocoat anti-fouling paint.Serious inquiries only!
