This is an extremely well maintained 1997 Center Console 18.5 foot Sea Pro boat with an excellent condition bimini top(with boot) and an extremely nice 1997 115 horse power offshore Mercury motor. This boat sits on a heavy duty roll up galvanized Shore Land'r trailer with a hinged tongue, stainless steel chains and locks for security with full size spare tire. Everything runs great on this boat.  The SEA PRO FEATURES:  White gel coat, Raised casting platform, Stainless steel hardware, Hand laid fiberglass hull, Fiberglass stringer system, High density composite transom,  Rub rail w/insert, Foam flotation, Oval aerated live well, All welded stainless steel bow rail and stainless steel cockpit rail, Has a dual seat center console with self bailing cockpit and lockable storage compartment, Stainless steel steering wheel, Compass, Cup holders, Tinted plexiglass molded windshield, Deluxe instrument panel with (fuel, light switch, bilge switch), 'No feedback steering', Aft seats with cushions,  Large fish box with overboard drain, Recessed rod racks, Large storage compartment with overboard drain, Running lights, Galvanized anchor and chain and anchor storage compartment, Loads of cargo space, comes with a Fish/Depth finder, 2 brand new Marine batteries so you never get stuck, and a brand new professionally installed Tilt and Trim Motor. I have all of the receipts for the service on the boat (batteries, tilt/trim motor, etc.) I have clean title for both the boat and motor. I'm moving soon so I'm having to let it go for a reasonable price. The fish/depth finder is a HUMMINGBIRD 100SX, The Boat has a Danforth anchor and anchor compartment and connected chain with rope. It has 4 cleats on the deck in front of the cockpit with brackets that are spaced to hold and tie down a large 92 Qt cooler, I also have the leather padded top to screw onto the cooler that matches the seats. It has pump and spout for the live well. It Has large storage compartment on the front V-deck with stainless steel latch, it also 4 compartments on rear of the boat. It has two brand new thick white high-density polyethylene plastic cutting boards bolted to the top of the back two compartments for cutting and cleaning fish or bait. I have an external Black and Decker Chapin 20volt rechargeable freshwater sprayer fastened to the side of the helm that I use to spray down anything I need to with fresh water. It has six rear recessed rod holders and 4 side recessed stainless steel rod holders, as well as 2 external rod holders that  I attached myself. It has a BRAND NEW tilt and trim motor that I just had installed at Pete Jorgensen Marine in Beaumont, TX that I paid $580 for, and also two Brand New Heavy Duty INTERSTATE MARINE Cranking batteries I had installed at Pete Jorgensen Marine That I paid $270 for, the battery switch is a PERKO dual battery switch that you can choose (1,2 and ALL), that way you never have trouble cranking your battery if you've been boating for the whole day. The Trailer is a heavy duty SHORE LANDR' galvanized steel roll up trailer with carpeted sides, stainless steel chains and brand new tie down straps. The trailer comes with a full size spare with lots of tread on it. Another great feature about the trailer is it has a hinged tongue that you can chain and lock to itself to prevent theft. I have 2 heavy duty disk MASTERLOCKS that are as thick as the stainless steel chains, one for the tongue and one that attaches the boat to the trailer. I have receipts for the brand new batteries and tilt and trim motor, and I have the titles for both boat and motor.  The registration on the boat is still valid and is good through August 2017.  Good luck with the auction, thanks Tom W.
