We purchased INDEPENDENCE in November 2016 for our winter vacations, now our vacation is almost over we have to sell the boat...The boat is located at Boot key harbor City Marina , 800 35th St Ocean, Marathon, FL 33050 , we are paying for the dinghy dock 225$/month , this include :- Access to a workshop - Access to a computer lab and library- Wifi - Parking for one vehicle - (Clean)Showers and restrooms - Laundry Room- BikesThe marina is greatly located and have a great boating community that count over 300 members , we encourage you to look it up on google.The engine Perkins 4-108 , very low hours since rebuilt , runs perfectly.2 new marine batteries. Standing rigging in good condition.2 burners propane stove with oven.Water pressure, ice box, 30 amp shore power.Anchor plow 35lbs 50 foot of good chain and 100 foot of good rope,Sails are in fair condition with few patches and stains 1 storm jib 1 medium size jib and 1 main sail.Sail cover needs repair or replace.We installed a brand new stainless steel bracket for outboard engine up to 25 HP . We bought and installed a brand new GPS Garmin EchoMap Chirp 44dv There is also a new hand VHF 160.New bimini top.We replaced the old cushions ( that needs to be recover ) by brand new Hamptonbay rapid dry cushions that need a little ajustement New holding tank as been installed.2 coats of bottom paint has been done , no blisters and no soft spots .Deck has been painted with an epoxy paint.This boat is in good condition, almost 50 years old.The boat is sold in as is where is conditions...ThanksReggie:-)
