Invador 20 yacht, .I bought this as a project boat in 2012 and since then have carried out the following work-Forestay stem head plate replaced & sealedAll chainplates sealedNew stringers fitted.Hull and topsides all stripped back and repainted.Boat has no electrics but mast was unstepped last year and new Tri-colour fitted to mast along with new cable run through mast ready for new socket on deck.2 x Thru hull fittings in bilge replaced 2 x years ago.Mainsail is good but foresail is tired/worn and could really do with replacing.The rig would also benfit from tuning.I have started work below and removed the linings in order to paint the hull and started replacing some of the fitttings/woodwork but just don't have time to finish it. So in summary Fortuna is a lovely little boat and sails and handles really well but she does need some TLC and cosmetic work.I have a view on what I think the boat is worth and have reflected that in the price but will consider sensible offers.Fortuna can be viewed ashore (by appointment) at Kingswear until end of February and will be antifouled and sails refitted ready for launch beginning of March. You will need an outboard to take the boat away and she will need to be removed at the earliest opportunity from the end of sale, weather and tide permitting.
