This has been in the family for about 9 years, we used to take it to Inverloch Victoria with Jet Skis and stay for a week at a time 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It has been towed up to Airlie beach QLD and spent last winter in and around port of Airlie and Turtle bay. I have now bought a live aboard Catamaran and the House boat has been sitting for 12 months. I can't justify holding on to it any more. Rego paid just before Christmas on both van and trailer. There may well be a good clean up needed. The out board has done 10 hrs and had its new motor oil change. Rather quite 2 stroke15hp Electric start Zogen Hydraulic steering from inside up front near bed. Electric anchor for lite conditions or temp stops. Main sand anchor is manual.
Bulge pumps x 4 in the hull. Purge pump separate. Toilet macerater and shower in the one wet room. 8.5KG gas bottle stored in cabinet out side. LED lights through out. Nav lights and anchor light LEDs. Project Wind turbine for fun. 2 x 100w solar panels mounted up top. 800w petrol generator for emergency power. main bank gets charged from the solar panels and or the motor when running. Good amount of cupboard space. Flywire on all bar one window. Top speed 5kn VERY stable in waves up to 3 foot chop. passing boats are NO issue.
Inspections available after March 13th currently stored in Airlie beach QLD, weighs 1.3ton dry tows well with my Musso at 90km/hr
One man launch if you have some experience, otherwise best to have a helping hand. Electric winch snugs up the last foot as she drives near on all the way up. Easy to do unless there are strong side winds as with any broad sided boat.
Comes with a 9 foot rubber boat tender with 30lb electric motor (Battery too but needs new one really) Slow but reliable and clean.
Overall width is less than 8' thus NO wide or long load signs. caravan side mirrors are a good idea though. Everything was working last year, I am interstate ATM and wont get time to clean her up. Test launch can be arranged in Airlie after March 13th. Other wise trust your ability. Set up of back deck and motor is easy for me as I know how it goes, I was only shown once! I can write a basic manual :-)
