Completed jobs include beautiful wooden features in the fore and aft cockpits, stunning roof lights over the living area, the replacement of the domestic water tank and front deck, a new steel duck hatch, partial replacement of the cabin floor from the stern forward to the galley, the complete refitting of an exquisite shower room including composting toilet, shot-blasting and professional reblacking of the hull carried out at Brinklow Boat Services. There is a Panasonic photovoltaic panel on the roof. The boat also has a fold down stern canopy and cratch cover. I also include two televisions, sound bar, satellite dish, mast with TV aerial, two satellite boxes.The remaining work is considered in the asking price, and bearing in mind the high standard of the completed work, it will be well worth carrying on as many jobs are purely cosmetic.
I also know the couple that had it built from new and happily lived aboard for 17 years so it is traceable all the way back to the very beginning.
