1998 Sea Ray Sundancer 270.  27 feet, plus swim deck.  470 hours.  7.4 Mercruiser.  Dual prop.  Runs strong.  I LOVE this boat but don't use it enough to justify the monthly slip fee.  I have owned it since July 2015 and have had all work and service performed through Ahoy Marine (at Allatoona Landing, Cartersville GA, where it is now.)  No trailer or generator (so no AC or heat.)  I had a bilge heater installed.  I had it tuned up and oil changed in late Nov. 2016 and can send you that and the previous service record.  Refrigerator, stereo, two sinks, lights, microwave, toilet, all work.  5-CD stereo works well inside and out, but buzz in the speakers up top when it gets loud.  Two bimini tops.  No enclosure. No known major issues.  Other minor issues: the horn doesn't work, knob on the stove is stuck, and a strap on the bimini top is ripped. I have set the starting price less than 70% of this boat's value without any further reserve, so you can get a very fair deal on a boat you will love.  Pick it up from the slip.  Message me with a cell number and I will forward a couple short videos of the boat.  Thanks
