This is a solid boat, motor and trailer.  It has been used in fresh water only a few times in salt.  The 6HP kicker motor was gone thru less than a year ago and runs fine.  There are no cushions in the cabin only a table and porta poty. Has 2 sails no rips or tears. Has a swing keel and winch works fine.  Can be pulled with a car. I had it in the water about 2 months ago.  I will be 69 in a few days and single sailing is more difficult.  I bought another boat for fishing.  Has Missouri title for boat motor and trailer.  Boat is located in Lillian AL close to Pensacola, FL.  It is in dry storage and will need to be moved.  Trailer has nearly new tires and pulls fine.  I pulled it 600 mile about 6 months ago. The trailer and motor are worth more than asking price .  It does not have a mast head I used a bolt trough top of mast to hold wires works fine.
