The boat has a 1000 litre fresh water tank, Perkins engine which we have just had overhauled, large buoys and fenders on each side, artificial grass on the roof which makes it a lovely green garden all year round. The boat is totally off gird, water from your own well. 4 new large batteries are charged from the solar panels. A generator also comes with the boat, logs for the two fires are easily collected from around the woods near by. We have a composting toilet.
