I can positively say that all the yeast overgrowth is gone! I have had a disruptive but relatively minor form of IBS my whole like which would be set off my certain foods. I could never pin down all of them so I could not get a handle on it. I can honestly say, I don’t have it anymore. I am sticking to the NO FOODS list! I do have a question.
