After 6 years of ownership I've decided to sell my Birchwood 22 which I believe is an executive model.I recently replaced the engine with a reconditioned engine, its already in the water for someone to enjoy over the summer.Recently repainted & antifouled hull, this boat has been very reliable in the time I've owned it.The boat has 240VAC available and a gas cooker.It's had new anodes, starter motor, working windlass, 3 anchors.At home at sea or inland.I'll include life jackets, Humminbird fish finder, fully equipped kitchen and fenders.Viewings are welcome.Cash on collectionOther photo's are available upon request.I will not answer any questions asking what the cash price or buy it now price is or whether I'd be interested for in a swap!
