This 1978 thunder craft bass boat has been stored inside in winter and on a lift when in use for the 3 years I have owned it and only ran on a clear spring fed lake. original motor has been replaced by a yamaha 40 hp and although looks worn it starts well and runs great. the boat is a 16 foot deck boat that runs shallow with a 5 speed 28lbs thrust minn kota trolling motor which has plenty power to maneuver this boat. The bench seats were reupholstered last year. This boat can comfortably bass fish 2 people from personal experience and 3 if you were bobber fishing for panfish. The trolling motor runs on the batteries shown. The reason for selling this boat is simply to upgrade and not because I don't like the boat or it doesn't work. It's a great boat for beginners in the boating business as I once was.
