A lovely little cabin day sailer complete with trailer, sails and a 4-stroke outboard engine. A simple sloop rig of 150 ft² consisting of 1 main sail, 1 jib and 1 spinnaker. In the transom are two fishing rod holders and a large locker useful for stowing the anchor, life jackets and flares ect... A large open cockpit with varnished coamings and seating either side with two hand bilge pumps amidships. The centreboard casing is located in the middle of the cockpit. Forwards of the mast is a completely enclosed cabin with a V birth that can be converted into a double bed if needed. Forward of the cabin is a foredeck with stainless steel cleats and fair leads. The hull is painted white with new anti foul (2015) and varnished iroko rubbing strakes. The engine is a 5HP, four stroke Mariner with very little running time (<30 hours). Also in the inventory is a danforth style anchor with 10ft of chain, fenders, plenty of warps, fuel tank and line, trailer board and a cover for the cockpit, mainsail and engine. The trailer is galvanised steel and comes fitted with a new winch, wheel hubs and bearings. It is also able to break in the middle if needed."True Blue" can be launched and recovered easily from most slipways and beaches. Her centre board and drop down rudder blade reduced her draft to inches allowing for easy beaching. A roller reefing mainsail and jib also means she is comfortable in stronger winds and larger swells. I personally have enjoyed cruising True Blue around Falmouth Bay and the Helford Passage and her previous owners have sailed her as far as the Scilly Isles. This would be a great purchase for someone new to sailing who would like to get on the water this coming season or any experienced sailor who is looking for an easily transportable yet capable day sailer. As the boat comes with a trailer I would be happy to deliver within reason (Cornwall). If you would like to visit and have a look I will be more than happy to show the boat sails and engine.Payment can either be through bank transfer or cash, after a viewing of the boat (email me for arrangements)Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions,Harry.
