Sleeps 4 adults in forward berth and on two side settees.  Marine type II head under the forward berth.  5 gal fresh cold water with hand pump.  New interior cushions(2006), forward hatch repaired (2006), new sails (2008), new running rigging (from 2007-2012), new standing rigging (2012), new roller furling (2012), rebuilt rudder and new hardware (2014), bottom painting (Aug 2015).  Vessel can be trailed, although there is no trailer with this boat.  She has been well maintained by owner.  Does not include outboard engine.  Located in Maryland on Kent Island.
