The Jaguar 21, designed by John Mullins, as was the 23, was built from 1978 to the late nineties.
It is a lift keel version. With the keel down it has a 4’ draft and is competitive in club racing
The accommodation is open plan with 4 berths all with new upholstery. The keel case, in the lift keel variant, is not intrusive, & does not restrict access to the forward berths. Storage is plentiful, under the berths and a porta loo can be fitted between the forward berths.
The cockpit is well designed for 4 adults, & there is easy access forward along the wide side decks. The stern has a well which the 6hp Tohatsu sits in. The engine is only 1-2 years old.
The 21 has an easily managed fractional rig, & is renowned for vice free performance, enabling both racers, cruisers, & the inexperienced to get a lot of enjoyment.The boat has some electrics on board but all will need replacing as it has not worked for a long time and only day sailed for the last few years.This boat is a very tidy example with roller reefing fitted on the genoa and a stack pack system on the main. She also comes with a spinnaker.The boat is ashore at the moment and included in the selling price will be a lift into the water or onto a trailer and also 7 days of storage. If you require storage after this point it can be arranged through the yard at £23.81 per week. Otherwise the boat must be removed within 7 days of the sale ending.Viewing is welcome and she is advertised on other sites as well.
