Lovely boat for sale soon. Joleen is now a beautiful 45ft Trad boat. She has been loved back to life as you will see from the pictures.
As you open the cratch cover you go through the double doors into the lounge. There is 12v and brand new 240v electric. Tv point. 12v side lights and 12v ceiling eyeball lights. The steps have storage under both. Brand new curtains, clic clac sofa, oak side table, table with table light. otta an to match sofa. Fireplace has new tiling. New 4kw multi-stove put in January 2014.. Through to kitchen brand new cooker and 12v fridge in excellent condition. Beech worktops and plenty of cupboards. New blinds to match colour scheme.
The bathroom isn't quite finished yet but will be lined all round with white sparkle wall panels, full size shower tray, designer sink with cupboard and porti potti loo. In the bathroom is a Paloma boiler giving you instant water and in perfect working order.
The bedroom has been decorated to a high standard as the rest of the boat, and has a neutical theme. There is a storage cupboard on wall at for of bed and plenty of draws and cupboards under the bed. There are brand new pillows duvet cover and 10" mattress.
the flooring is new throughout the boat.
The boat has its own crocks especially made for the boat.

The boat was blacked and partially 2 packed April 2015
The boat was surveyed in November 2014 but has now had all recommendations done And more.
The engine is a British Leyland 1.5 and was fitted in 2005.
It has been fitted with a battery charger and a 2000w inverter.
Brand new 240 shore line 25m lead, windlass, etc. Gas bottles.
I have tried to cover everything but please contact if you have any question.
This would make a wonderful liveaboard as you can see there are a few internal items to finish, plinth, fireplace edging, bedroom wall light, bit of floor edging. The bathroom will have all matching towels bath mat shower curtain etc. Crocks, glasses, saucepans, cutlery etc. all on boat.
The engine is in excellent condition and will be fully serviced before collection, will also have 4yrs Safety Certificate on boat.
