I am the original owner of this boat.  I have all original documents and manuals.  Rockford Fosgate speakers throughout the boat with LED lighting all original.  Brand new tires on the tandem axle trailer trailer.  This boat has only been ran on ethanol free gasoline from day one.  It has been driven in the gulf of mexico twice and each time it was thoroughly cleaned and washed with salt away as well as thorough flushing of engine afterwards.  But I must say it handled the waves and surf without any trouble.   It has primarily been used in local lakes and rivers.  It has been stored inside our shop at home since it was purchased.  Therefore no fading or UV damage to upholstery.  303 UV protectant applied liberally and frequently since we brought it home.   We are selling because we want to move up to a cabin cruiser type boat that we can sleep aboard for weekend trips.   Less than 100 hours on this motor that I saw removed from the crate at the dealership and installed onto this boat.  The Mercury 200 hp Pro XPS is under warranty until some time in 2017, I will verify exact date for the new owner to be.
