Hello I am currently selling my Cleopatra 700 Cruiser which I have been using as a liveaboard for 3 years now. It's now time to move her on to get something a little bigger. The boat is 23 feet long but has a board fitted to back making it 26ft long. Has a 8'6" beam and a 3'2" draft. She is quite spacious for a small Cruiser. Inside we have a dining area to the left, kitchen and sea toilet to the right with a v shaped sitting/bed area to the front. There is a 2 burner stove, plenty of storage and a great living space for holidays, trips out or what I've done which is move onto her as a cheap way of living. I have done my best to update the decor inside, as when I bought it the original roof lining and window frames where getting on a bit, so I've lined the roof with upvc cladding and changed the frames to oak. I would say this boat could do with more work done inside, new light fitting and the pump to the sink has never worked but I've never really needed it done so haven't bother. Also the seat cushions are a little tatty in places and the foam could do with replacing. There is no canopy for the boat, it never came with one and I've personally struggled to find someone to even take the job on, so this boat still has room for improvement. On the outside the boat has a Volvo Penta drive with a single Ford 1.8 Diesel engine from an early Escort so it's reliable, economical and plods the boat along at a steady speed. This is a great starter boat to buy for those weekends on the river or like me you need somewhere cheap to live.  This boat was built in the 60's - 70's so it's showing it's wear and tear and years of people changing bits but the overall structure, being GRP is solid and with some love and care will stay on the water for many many years to come. Some interior pics will be up and if you'd like to view the boat please feel free to contact me to arrange a viewing.  And also if you have any more questions feel free to ask.
