Boat is in good to very good condition, especially considering her age. She comes with all the accessories you need to sail and dock her like dock lines, fenders, mainsail cover, couple life jackets. All lights inside and out work and are brand new LED fixtures. Two anchors and tackleSwim ladderFull size head and head hoses just replacedTwo burner alcohol stove, very large icebox and foot pump faucet and sink in galley. Boat needs new water storage bladder and tubing.Settee seating with a pilot berth and V-Berth, can sleep 3-5 pplInterior wood in good shape, some sanding and lemon oil would make a huge difference and is a quick and easy project, it's on my to do list. This boat comes with an Auto (tiller) pilot that works great and steers the boat for you. I use it all the time when sailing all day to a port on Lake Ontario, I wouldn't want to sail solo passages without it.There are two sets of sails, the original main and 150% Genoa as well as a second main and a smaller Jib (100% I think). All 4 sails are in very good condition, I had the originals serviced professionally last year. The sails I purchased for the boat (used) are in very good condition, the second main may need a grommet and a sail track slide, simple stuff. The engine was pulled and serviced this year, it runs great and uses very little diesel. The engine is a one cyl. Lister Petter disel, 8hp. Two blade prop. The 12v electrical system is good and all electrical works fine. One of my next projects would be to convert the steaming light to LED, all other lights on the boat are LEDs and just installed. The freshwater system on the boat is a project I started but have not yet finished. I removed the water tank and most tubing. All that is left to do is replace/install the water tank and the tubing. The sinks and pump faucets are in good shape. The standing rigging looks good and the mast comes down every fall. I just replaced most of the turnbuckles for the standing rigging. I also installed a topping lift to be able to adjust the height of the boom. This is great to get the boom out of the way when motoring or at the dock.I have been replacing things on this boat since I bought here a few years ago, here is a list of the things I upgraded:
Brand new Jabsco manual head, full size head model
New LED navigation lights bow and stern
New LED anchor light
4 New LED cabin lights either normal light or red
3 New VETUS UFO deck vents, they look great
New halyards last year
2 New Interstate marine deep cycle batteries last year
New topping lift, love getting the boom out of the way at the dock
New open body turnbuckles for the standing riggingThis is a great sailboat for Lake Ontario, I have enjoyed sailing around the lake and staying at all the different marinas, Sacketts Harbor is my favorite. This boat can easily sleep 3-4 adults or 2 adults and a couple kids. The cushions could be upgraded with new upholstery and a new paint job would really benefit this boat, she would look brand new! The boat has no navigational electronics or depth finder, I use a handheld GPS as well as charts and it works great.
