I am selling this yatch for my brother. Built by John hesp Corwall. Its a 38 foot steel top sail, gaff rigged cutter sailing boat, With drop keel. Draws around 4.5 foot, 7 foot with keel down. 4 berth + 2. Built new around 2002. Still has original Antifoul. It weighs around 14 ton. Lead ingot ballast, secured with Stainless bolts and strapping. Pictures of the inside of the boat, will be added to this listing before the weekend. The boat is in the water in surrey docks? South London SE16. The boat is being lifted out of the water on the 26th of December. So viewing is welcome. All sails are new, new galvanised rigging. Blocks and tackles included. Wooden mast is hollow Douglass fir. 6 foot bowsprit. Perkings 4 cylinder diesel shaft driven. Ready to sail. Only been in the water for 2 years. Please leave your contact number for directions.
