Seats 3.I'm the second owner and I've had it 5 years. It has numerous light scratches from launching over oyster-covered rocks - just normal wear and tear I'd say.Great little boat! Very stable and fast. Takes up to a 5HP outboard, and it flies with that on (outboard NOT INCLUDED).I used it as the tender for my sailboat which is now sold. It has an additional seat which bolts onto on of the bench seats - much more comfy for a long day on the water!Any questions just ask.Pick up from North Sydney area (Waverton), COD.
