I am putting up the 1977 36 Foot Islander Freeport.  It is Model B version, and it is in decent shape, but need TLC to restore it back to former glory.  It is Robert Perry design.  You can find the specs of the boat at this url:  sailboatdata.com/viewrecord.asp?class_id=2122I am selling it as-is, and it have everything included in the picture with main sail, and rolling jib.  The boat comes with Perkins 4108 Diesel engine, and it will need rebuild to have it running again.  It have minor hull work needed, plus new paint job, but the interior need extensive work to restore it.  I have restored the bathroom area, and was working my way back into the cabin area and sleeping quarters when I have stopped.  Reason I am selling the boat is due to moving and I have no place for the boat to put into the water once it is restored.  It also have AC system as well.So my loss is other person gain.  The boat is located in the DIY Dry Storage in Flowery Branch, GA by the Lake Lannier.  The storage is paid up til January.  Once sold, it become the responsiblity of the new owner to pay the storage fee, or to have it taken to new location.
