My 1978 J 24 is for sale. Sail number 8045 Health reasons cause me to give up this fast boat. " Fast Women" includes main sail plus a 150 , a 135 and storm jib , plus two spinnakers and all associated rigging. The boat includes a Johnson outboard that starts on the second pull. All standard accessories are included, such as porta potty, life jackets, battery, radio, cushions, lifting rigging, anchor, plus a 2 wheel trailer. The trailer has new wheel bearings within the past year. The boat had some minor surface damage, (mostly paint ) high on the port side due to a storm in 2015 at our club. I will send the touch up paint to match. The boat has mostly been in dry storage for its entire lifetime. No problems with the hull, top has some sun bleaching. I hate to part with this boat but I purchased an old project cruiser at our club.Pictures included are recent, within the past week. The boat has gotten dirty just sitting. I will step the mast and make it ready for pickup when sold.
